Enjoyable story, but I had a hard time connecting with the characters. Ford seemed a bit too much for sweet, innocent Cal. They fell for each other a bit too quickly for me. Poor Cal goes through so much, both with his family's deaths and then with his kidapping ordeals. He is never really given...
Reviews are kinda low and I've already got a HUGE TBR pile so moving this to make room for higher rated works.
