This book bothered me. Firstly, I really didn't like the concept of a child being born to save their other child. I guess not liking the initial concept is a barrier to liking a book. I honestly would not have read or finished it if I wasn't on holidays and willing to read anything. I absolutely des...

This was my first book I ever read by Jodi Picoult. On the one hand, I remember the plot and the writing vividly, so I can't really say the book was ordinary. However, I just couldn't warm to the story. As a lawyer, the court procedures in this book just didn't ring true. Granted, I'm in another...

Great book with surprises and twists I did not expect. I cried multiple time. This may be my favorite Picoult book yet.

This is the first Jodi Picoult book I have read. I found the plot captivating and suspenseful. I must admit that when I found out the real reason why Anna started her lawsuit I was a little swayed with my thoughts of the book. The conclusion was something I never expected but I found the last couple...

I wanted to give this book 5 stars. Until the ending. The ending proves to me, that this is fiction. I hate the ending. I just don't know how to rate this book... Maybe I'll change the rating later on.
