If you are like me, you like to get people's opinions on the issues that stir up the general public. Some opinions, of course, are worth reading. I hope that is the case with this offering originally intended for my great grandchildren. If you look at the table of contents, you will see the topics to which I wish to add my "two cents". On the back of my book cover my "two cents" is missing an "s" twice. I didn't change the spelling because my "opinion" would have been singular in one of the contexts my "two cent" was used in. Okay, I didn't want to start all over again. Some times the spin says it all. If you believe my first explanation, then you know I caught it and did it on purpose. If you accept the obvious second statement, then you will wonder if I am a lazy writer for not starting over again. Actually, if I were more tech savvy it wouldn't have even been an issue. So, long story short, "Don't judge a book by its cover." Don't judge me by the way I will be spun if this book ever does reach the opinion centers of our everyday world. I want it to, even if I may not be an expert on anything. If we remain silent with our opinions we remain unheard. Well we know the damage that is caused when people are ignored for far too long. I'm not threatening here; I'm merely making an observation here. If you read my book you will know my opinion on the use of violence to get what we want. I wish I did have more answers to some of the how questions that arise. My Two Cents is simply my opinion on lots of things. You really won't know what they are worth until you plow through them. That may be enough said. If my book doesn't start to jump off the self, rest assured I'll keep trying because as Zig Ziglar always said, "A little shot is a big shot who kept on shooting."
