An excellent primer on Greco-Roman myth. Very helpful when read in conjunction with Homer, Aeschylus, Sophocles and other Greek plays. Many of the references assumed to be known to Greek audiences of those works are lost on us more modern folk.

I really love Greek Mythology. I bought this one for school since I have a report for the story of uh... forgot about it. :P Anyway, I love reading the story of the Gods. I like Roman Myth too.

One of my first comprehensive Greek Mythology books and I absolutely loved it. It still remains one of my favorite books.

I was actually required to read this book as part of freshman English, but I learned quickly that to know and understand mythology is to know and understand centuries of great literature. I recommend it to anyone who loves books!
