The narcissist is the ultimate egomaniac. He feels that he is the best that there is. He never acknowledges that anyone else is beneath him. He is constantly telling everyone else how great he is. He status bombs his social media pages full of amazing experiences, cool belongings he has purchased, and selfies showing off his new haircut. The egomaniacal narcissist thinks that everyone else should know about his plans, his life, and the things that he is collecting. It never occurs to him that other people have their own life. It never occurs to him that other people don’t really care about him, don’t care about what he is driving, don’t care about his success and don’t care about where he is living. The narcissist nearly always lives beyond his means. He may have been a spoiled brat with a silver spoon in his mouth. His parents may have constantly told him that he was special. The narcissist is constantly overindulgent on food, alcohol, drugs, material belongings, money or nearly anything else he can get his hands on. If he cannot readily get it, he might go so far as to steal it, or he might buy it from his friends who have stolen it for him.The narcissist nearly always covers up his mistakes of the past. He uses his parents money to get expensive lawyers to cover up any legal issues that arise from his self-centeredness and conceitedness. The narcissist is nearly always a momma’s boy or daddy’s boy, and he has the resources to hire the best lawyers. His parents might network with the police and the courthouse personnel in order to get him special treatment. Many women think that if they look up a man’s legal record, it will divulge any shady past that he might have. Not true of the narcissist. He and his family find a way to erase things from his record. The narcissist might have escaped restraining orders using threats or reciprocal restraining orders. Often, the narcissist is in touch with at least one police officer who can make his restraining order just ‘vanish’ for the convenience of the narcissist. A narcissist’s legal record is almost always eerily clean of any crimes due to his connections and his uncanny ways to make things disappear. The egomaniac narcissist drives like he wants, acting haughty and arrogant whenever the mood strikes him. He constantly flirts. He looks around at others, trying to show off to them on an almost constant basis. The egomaniac narcissist will claim to be friends with everyone, and if you complain that he is friends with nearly everyone from his past who is still on speaking terms with him, he will call you jealous and petty. All of these people remain in his life, however, to give him narcissistic supply in the form of attention and favors.
