2.5 stars. I really wanted to like this book, which is why I read it to the end. The premise was good, the character archetypes were ones I usually enjoy, it was well plotted... But for some reason I just didn't connect with the characters at all. They seemed very wooden to me.

Once I got into the book, I absolutely loved the story. I thought Wyatt's and Rachel's relationship was amazing. Wyatt is an awesome, unconventional alpha hero.
