Aliens have landed and they seem to be trying to clean the earth of its pests – namely humans – by turning some into virtual zombies and letting them try to kill the rest. Lt Peter James is leading a reconnaissance patrol through zombie-infested suburbia and dealing with team members who haven't accepted that fighting zombies is not the same as fighting living humans. They have managed to rescue a little girl but will they make it back to the safety of their encampment before being killed by zombies? Or worse, will they be turned into zombies themselves?
