Odd and the Frost Giants is a cute story and one that I would surely have loved when I was a child. The inclusion of Norse mythology, including Loki who is always fun, was great I thought. Having such a likeable main character in Odd was a good choice and made the story move rather smoothly. I only ...

"Odd and the Frost Giants" is a wonderful little fable about a boy named Odd, three mythological gods and one frost giant. It is a quick and fun read with a very nice ending and I'd recommend it to anyone who loves fantasy, Neil Gaiman or has children. Also: Helquist's illustrations are reall...

This is a fun, light, and very short listen, Neil Gaiman's Odd and the Frost Giants Perfectly narrated by Neil Gaiman (definitely an author who SHOULD narrate his books!), this book features a few of the heroes from Norse mythology, and is a great audiobook for the entire family.

This is a beautiful riff on a classic Norse myth, and I loved it.

This book was fantastic, I love how so much was said with such delicacy, Gaiman is gifted. **review to come**

It's a nice, simple, charming story that doesn't require too much involvement and serves as a good starter for introducing younger generations to the fantasies of Neil Gaiman.

With all the magic of Gaiman's imagination, Odd and the Frost Giants takes you into a tale full of wonder and mystery - with a few Gods thrown in for good measure. Loved it!

This gave me the incentive I needed to finally dive into the Norse myths. I'd always found those boring and strange compared to the Greeks', but this story made me curious to know how much Gaiman had taken from the myths and how much he'd innovated. "Odd" is a quick and funny read.
