When you need to analyze what is going on around you, sometimes, taking the thoughts out of your head, where they are all muddled, and scripting them onto a piece of good old fashioned paper, with a pen, can truly help you a) get those ideas visually in front of you b) clear your mind, because having it written down allows you the freedom to step away without worrying you are going to forget the most important elements necessary c) look at things objectively, once you have had some time and space away from the muddle d) keep of record of how you were feeling, what you were thinking, and how you chose to deal with it, at a certain point in time.
Like keeping a diary, but far more creative, the book is a collection of thoughts and ideas and analysis and recollections dealing with many assorted daily topics. Some poems are modern, some are old fashioned. Some rhyme, and some ramble on, free thought. Not only will this book inspire you with its creativity, it may suggest ways in which to help yourself see the light of day. We are inundated with so many complications on a daily basis. It is not always easy to keep it all in and deal with it.
