I read this one mostly because my Mom would not shut up about how great this series was. She started this past November and is now on book 13, so she's clearly obsessed. With the film adaptation coming up (starring Katherine Heigl and Jason O'Mara) coming out this year I thought I'd give it a shot.A...

This series starts out with Stephanie Plum down on her luck. Recently unemployed, recently divorced, and recently out of a vehicle and furniture (poverty can do that to a person). She's forced to beg for a job from her slimebag cousin Vinnie and soon goes to work as a bounty hunter. She is a Bad ...

This is all Jason O'Mara's fault. I was perfectly content never having touched this series, perfectly content with the righteous indignation* I felt every time I passed the display table at Barnes & Noble with the movie-tie-in editions of this book piled three-high, like some ode to Katherine Heig...

4.5 stars :)This book is great!!!! It´s the first book of this genre I read, I´m usually more into Paranormal stuff.I didn´t know what to expect when I started reading it, but it was beyond genius. Stephanie Plum looses her job and starts working as a bounty hunter at his kinky cousin Vinni´s office...

I’ve seen these books around for years but have never read one before. I quite enjoyed this entertaining story about our intrepid bounty hunters first cases with her quirky sense of humour and all too true-to-life family and relationships.

I know this is a popular series, this is one of the reasons I wanted to read it. I wanted to know what the fuss was about and try and understand why there are now 18 of these books. Stephanie Plum is desperate for a job, just desperate for money in general. To make ends meet, she starts working for ...

What a fun read! I've heard about this series for quite some time and it finally took the upcoming release of the movie to take the plunge. Stephanie Plum is an imminently likable character, with her 90's Jersey big hair, lycra shorts, and huge attitude. I love how she fell into the job of bounty hu...

I think I'd go with 3 1/2 stars. Loved the humor but there were a few places where I had to call BS, even taking lack of technology into consideration.
