Teenage prodigies can be found all over the world in all shapes and sizes. Max Rivers, an introverted Maine resident afflicted by the toils of ADD, just happens to be one of them. Max lives a monotonous life; that is, until things start changing. A series of random events leads him to a strange, but generous man who provides Max with an artifact that promises to change his life drastically, and it does just that.
