My all-time favorite book. It is written so densely and it invades your mind and then seems to explode in your mind!

Why did I not like this? All my favourite elements were there: time-jumping, plot-packing, magical realism... Like Chris Gladis said, it was like walking into a dream, where you know that what's happening in the dream is illogical and yet you still go with ...

So this was a tough one for me, there were so many characters i would have to read long sequences so i wouldn't get lost, its a good book, alot to take in, but i love the philosophy behind it, Marquez makes you feel so many different emotions, there are no clear heroes and villains i guess its like ...

Splendid reading! A kind of fairy tale or maybe rather fable taking place within family full of mysteries, weird events, affection and love surprises. Wrote in a unique way.
