Book 21 in the In Death series. Works as a stand alone, but I suspect you'd get more enjoyment out of it if you started with one of the earlier ones.Doctor Wilfred Icove Sr. is murdered while sitting at the desk in his office. He's been stabbed through the heart with a scalpel, and the last woman to...

Eve and RoarkeVery interesting debate considering what is going on in my life right now. Perspective. This one read a little more sci-fi than a lot of her other books. But then ending was mag. Very intense!

This was an audio book. I loved the narrator. She does all the voices very well. I laughed about the leather coat. It was an item for the first part of the book. Made me laugh. The whole subject of cloning was interesting and the term quiet birth.

Usual M.O., terrible murder, Dallas brilliantly solves it with the aide of all her sidekicks. Roarke's family showing up for Thanksgiving was the best part of this one.

The 21st book in the In Death series was another success. In this book Eve faces another case in which technology and medicine are the most important thing. It wasn't one of my favourite cases, but it was curious to know what lies behind the obvious. It also was the most creepy case I've ever read i...

Possible tiny spoiler at the end of 1st paragraph...I think what I liked so much about this one was twofold. First, as always, Robb's social commentary is superb. She takes issues that are on the burner today and pumps them up for 50 years in the future. And sometimes the look we get is excellent (g...
