I suppose some of these essays are rather dated. And I am not entirely convinced that I buy some of the arguments in the Pornography essay. Steinman might be correct in her statements about the effects of porn, and I agree with her definitions of both porn and erotica, I just wish she had statisti...

Steinem is such a great proponent of feminism because she writes well, clearly and simply, which is much harder to do than writing with an obvious style.
