Best book in the series by far (although I might take this back after reading A Perfect Blood!)! Rachel Morgan is one lucky...witch! :)

What happens when a witch, a pixy, a vampire and a fairy take a road trip? Sounds like a setup for a bad joke. Rachel, Trent, Jenks and Ivy have to get to the West Coast in three days. Rachel has to get to the annual Witches' Meeting where she is supposed to have the sanctions on her lifted. Trent h...

Oh what a fabulous read. Dear Writers of Young Adult Trilogies/Series, please take notes. THIS is how you write an installment in a series/trilogy. So I took an unplanned year off reading The Hollows series. I don’t know why I didn’t. I think I just got distracted reading too many other books to giv...

This is by far the best book of the series to date. And I say that for many reasons, some of which I will get to in a moment, but I'd be a big liar, liar pants on fire if I didn't fess up to loving it mostly because of the amount of Trent there was in it. My enjoyment of any Hollows book is at least...

I am still loving this series. Yes, Rachel continues to never seem to get a break. She is like Bruce Willis in Die Hard. How much abuse can a body take? Ivy, Jenks and Trent are still the same, mostly, and I still love Al and his interactions with Rachel.

Well. Rachel starts out this installment neck-deep in doo-doo, as she has to head to San Francisco to plead against her shunning. But can she trust the Coven members to live up to their end of the bargain?None of her cohorts think so, but all Rachel has at this point is hope. And then Trent comes...

I feel sorry for Trent. Which kinda annoys me, but there it is. I think I've always liked Trent, but I can understand why Rache didn't say anything about their kiss beyond how she planned to forget it. I'd never thought of Trent as lonely before. In hindsight, the mere idea is completely obvious to ...
