This Paleo meal plan is a complete 7 day plan with shopping list and 7-days of illustrated recipes.
The 7 day Paleo meal plan will be serving 2 - 4 people, beginning on a Monday. You will get a full meal plan for a week, shopping lists and ALL the Paleo recipes and pictures of the finished recipes. Snacks and other food ideas will be discussed. All measurements are in imperial and metric for your convenience. There is also a “thankyou” free Paleo desserts book inside.
To make the meal planner flexible and easy, there are two shopping lists to choose from: one for a large supermarket shop for the full week to do before the week starts, and another list including the meals for each day. We will discuss the flexibility of the Paleo meal plan, alternatives and using the freezer as a helper.
The recipes in this book will help you eat healthy foods and achieve optimum fitness. It encompasses the best characteristics about dieting and nutrition. It's a high protein, low glycemic diet which is perhaps the best way to lose weight and keep it off long term. It is based around vegetables, meats and healthy oils that contain high amounts of healthy vitamins, minerals and protein.
Eating Paleo discourages processed foods, but instead opts for replacing them with better quality natural foods free from preservatives, additives and chemicals. Fish and seeds are also encouraged that are high in nutrition and Omega 3 fatty acids which help calm inflammation in the body. The aim is to eat natural, unrefined foods to boost your health and metabolism and energy levels. It’s quite an easy diet to follow because it's more of a lifestyle change in eating habits. It's certainly not a "fad" diet.
