I'm a huge Lois Lowry fan. But I just couldn't get into this. So, as there are so many other books I know that I want to read, and I do need to read the next one in The Giver series, I will pass on finishing this one. I'm sure it is as good as her others, just not my type of book.

There's a lot going on in this little book. The story alternates between tiny dream-givers, and a woman, boy, and foster parent.
