What a delightfully demented comic. I saw what will surely go down as the two weirdest panels in a Batman comic I have ever seen. One with The Joker, one with The Penguin. Not much Batman in this comic, but it's a villain's comic. I haven't seen too many of them, so I really appreciated reading this...
