The first two books in this series felt like the author was stretching her legs, getting to know the characters and putting them through their paces. This third book is where it all comes home. I totally enjoyed it.

3.5 StarsAlly Carter is one of my favourite authors, right behind Sarah Dessen. She's so talented, telling stories about kickass teenagers risking their lives and having dangerous lifestyles for the heck of it. I wish I could be like them, beating up bad guys and stealing things and giving them to t...

Ally Carter is an amazing writer with a very imaginative mind. She creates worlds that are so realistic and tangible that it feels like any reader can live that life. Perfect Scoundrels is a perfect third book. I loved every minute reading this. Carter definitely knows how to take you on an adventur...

I love Ally Carter's books. Each one is sure to have the right mix of action, suspense and just enough romance. I felt like this one was a little more ... scattered than some of her others. Perfect Scoundrels is very nearly perfect - which is still ruddy brilliant. One of my main issues with the Heist Society series (up till now) had been that there was not enough character development on the Hale side. To be honest, I still hadn't quite forgiven him for getting Kat kicked out of boardi...

4.5 Stars. Amazing as usual! Loved how the book was more personal, it only gets half a star less for being way too short. The series gets better and better. How am I going to last another year without my Ally Carter fix?
