Pete is wearing his favorite shirt, the one with the 4 groovy buttons. When he loses one, he doesn't cry. Goodness, No! He continues to sing. Lexile Measure: AD350L I would use this with an activity in which the students would color sort buttons and count out buttons of certain colors.
