It's a beautiful book which gives you a brief history of Estonia Knitted Lace tradition as well as a quick refresher on techniques used in this book.The patterns are primarily lace shawls that are beautiful. They have an ethereal quality that is very delicate and very feminine.
Beautiful patterns, but there isn't much of a variety. Most patterns look sort of the same.. I would recommend this to most people who like lace knitting, but they were a bit too nupp-heavy for my taste.
