This is an unapologetic anthology that includes random as well as relevant artwork also by the author. It is a brief work (a little over 18,000 words or 70 pages) emphasizing some of the crazier moments over a 20-year span of time. There is not a lot of filler or detailed descriptions about the magnet collections people might have on their refrigerators in this book. The true stories described therein are brutally honest and revealing. A lot of apprehension was experienced by the author and he considered heavily if he should even tell these stories. In the end, it was decided that he needed to publish his book as it may bring light to a more sparse and dangerous existence to those of a broader and more mainstream audience, and just as important because it might benefit others who suffer from things like homelessness, mental-illness and loneliness. This is not a children's book even though there are drawings and paintings throughout.
