The cast of characters brought this drama to life. I found myself longing to be a part of their unshakable family. While homeless, tormented Blake was finding happiness counting Livia's smiles, I was on the edge of my seat counting his.
This one took me a bit longer to read, but not from lack of interest in the story. A ton of RL things kept me busy. So much of this book wasn't at all what I was expecting & I did find a lot about this one that I really enjoyed. I'm holding off on my star rating until I figure out just where it fall...
Ok, more like 3.5 stars. I really enjoyed the story, but about a 1/3 of the way in it turned into a completely different type of book than what I expected. Loved Livia, Blake & Beckett! Hated Kyle, which made me indifferent to her part of the story. Sorry Cole, but she was crass and undeserving.

Mostly because I felt that I need to talk about a lot of things but it’s simply not possible. I enjoyed the book a lot; lo...
