The ending seriously dragged. I did like the characters, though.

Many of my friends have reviewed this book and they've loved it, so I don't think I'll go into too much detail. Of course, every time I say that I follow up with about six paragraphs, so we'll just have to see what happens.Courtney Milan is a very good writer. Her premise was very nicely laid out ...

I genuinely liked this story far more than I could have ever expected coming into it. While it had some caveats in its progression, "Proof by Seduction" has a strongly asserted cast, tone, and genuinely amusing and challenging encounters that drove the story throughout, in addition to its sweetly a...

I bought this book on the recommendation of Tessa Dare and I'm glad I did. It was exactly what I was in the mood for the day I read it. The tone and characters matched perfectly what I was feeling and I came away from the book completely satisfied. There were some flaws, but they didn't bother me in ...

This book was just as awesome and moving and funny as everyone said it was! Jenny was fabulous and tough and ballsy, and I loved her determination to be Gareth's equal, and how she insisted he treat her with respect. I had my doubts about Gareth initially--I've known a LOT of geeks who cover their...

Gareth is a scientist and restricted to his numerous responsibilities of being a Marquess. Jenny is a well...

This was a great read. I loved Jenny and Gareth. They both had good reasons for being the way they were, and thanks to each other they overcame the past and headed to a great future with each other. I can't wait for the rest of Ned's story, very interested in how things end for him and Kathleen.

It took me a few chapters to get into this story, but once there I was hooked. The story is about a women who has posed as a fortune teller for 12 years as a means to support herself, rather than being a governess or a mistress. Jenny wants independence and self worth. Gareth is a Marquess, and a...
