I watched the movie before reading the book and I was afraid the book would be so different, but it wasn't. yes, the movie changed things like the movie setting, but kept the essential feel of the novel. I'm giving it two stars because the story itself is nice, not beacuse of the way it was presented. Incredibly badly written for such a good subject. I did like the first 100 - 150 pages, but then it got boring. I really think, at this point, that the movie is better than the book. (even the movie it...
