This is the second book in the Friday Harbor Series, a contemporary romance series with a touch of whimsy from Lisa Kleypas. Rainshadow Road is Sam’s story and so far I think my favorite of the series. Sam is such a wonderfully caring geek; not at all what I envisioned about him from the other two...
Wow! I just never know before reading a book how I will like it; good, bad, or totally awesome. On a scale of one to five this one rates a ten. This is a relationship novel and everything is included love, lust, hate, fear, friendship, disfunctional family members, and a thread of real magic through...
I think this book is very charming in its unique way. I wasn't too thrilled on how the ultimate problem was finally solved, but I have plenty of good things to say about the main couple.
