When Joe Allen takes his estranged daughter, Melany, on what he hopes to be a sun-filled holiday extravaganza in Thailand, they meet three young adults the same age as Melany – the obnoxious Pete, his girlfriend, Zoe, and the beautiful Beth. It isn’t long before Joe, Melany and Beth are approached by a charming, handsome and persuasive photographer who introduces himself as Philip Radcliffe. He assures Mel and Beth that they have what it takes to win a modelling contest in a fashion magazine he works for, and introduces them to the enigmatic boat skipper, Niran. Beth soon finds herself falling for the smooth-talking Radcliffe. On the night of the Full Moon Party, a member of the group is brutally attacked and, upon regaining consciousness, remembers nothing. The next day, a man’s body is found floating in the sea, presumed drowned. Melany and Joe are then viciously attacked in their hotel room at their next destination. These all seem to be coincidences, but something doesn’t sit right with Joe, and he is determined to uncover the truth. However, as the truth starts unravelling, he realises that they are victims of a sinister group of men who will stop at nothing to achieve their nefarious ends. About the Author Ian Potter comes from Cape Town, South Africa and currently lives in Da Lat, Vietnam with the love of his life, his wife Thy.
