Nice series, some bits a bit cookie cutter but entertaining all the same.

Thank goodness Travis was so forward and really went after what he wanted. Otherwise, they'd be stuck because Charlie sure wasn't going to take any initiative. I loved Travis's sure footing both on the ranch and in his relationship with Charlie.

I knew from the start this book was sure to be at the very least 3.5 stars. It's Australia, cowboys (or stockmen, jackaroos & jillaroos as they are referred to according to google), it's N.R. This was well written, had great characters (main and side!), an interesting and well-described setting and some humor. The whole atmosphere of this novel was just plain good. A beautiful cowboy book, set in Australia. Very low on the angst. Sweet cowboys and hot sex, what more could we want.

I definitely see what all the fuss was about. There is very little to complain about and a lot to praise - just enough sexual tension, just enough self doubt, and just enough angst. Travis was self assured, forward and charming. He was not afraid of communicating and going after what he wanted. ...

I love this book. Charlie and Travis had me laughing or crying through most of the book. N.R. Walker did an amazing job. I can't wait to read the next one.
