Twenty years into a successful corporate career I decided to venture out on my own with a boutique consulting company. With two decades of leadership experience at two of the largest companies on the planet, I have had the privilege of learning from and being mentored by some of the brightest minds in the business. As I got my company off the ground, I found an opportunity to share my rich and diverse personal experiences with others. The learning and development that came with those experiences had a profound impact on me as a leader and executive. In this, my first book, I share some of my favorite life experiences and leadership lessons.
