Rescue My Heart was a really great book. It had a little bit of everything, love, friendship, heartbreak and hot scenes. ;)Best part is, it works as a standalone! You don't have to read the other books in the series to understand it. Yay! :p

Between 2.5 and 3 stars. Shalvis fans will probably enjoy this, but IMO while this was entertaining and not completely predictable, it also wasn't anything out of the ordinary.
