Let’s recreate you. Fresh body parts. New history. Full makeover. In the past, before cyberspace, we’d do it by writing books, plays, stories. Become actors. We’d wear disguises. Now, in the electronic age, we construct our masks through a few finger-clicks. Create our doubles, our ideal selves. Then let them loose in the cyberspace universe. Give them life. And see how they get on. See if they make contact with other doubles. If they do, we can go a stage further. Pull them out of cyberspace and send them out to meet their new friends. Out into the real world of streets, houses, people. The world where we breathe, love, hate and die. The physical, dangerous world. That’s when it gets interesting.
