I thought this book was ok. It was a bit predictable for me. I had to read it for a live group book club. I may or may not continue with this author's works.
Another great book by Chris Bohjalian. This book grabbed me right off the bat, and kept my interest throughout. In fact, I had a really hard time putting this book down. As other reviews warned, the pastor is not warm and cuddly, and his POV in the book is the first section; thus, it was slow-going. It picked up after that though.
