Well, I guess I fall in the camp that says this critiques sexism and women's roles in a way. It's decent commentary, but that doesn't excuse the God awful, cringeworthy dialogue, poor pacing/plotting (I skipped about 60 pages with no detriment to my reading experience), characterization issues, and ...
Bennett Madison's SEPTEMBER GIRLS seems to be a book that people either love or hate. Having read, I can see why there is such a strong divide--it's not an easy read, and Madison puts the reader deep into the mind of his teen protagonist--but I'm in camp Love. This book floored me. Truly. It is a st...

All right, now for my review.(My Opinion)I can understand why some people won't enjoy this because there are many times where Sam randomly talks about ...
The first thing that attracted me to September Girls was the cover.
