4.5 starsSeraphina was a character-driven novel for me. I absolutely loved Seraphina and Orma, and Glisselda and Lucian Kiggs weren't too bad either. Seraphina is an intelligent, mature character with a lot of weight on her shoulders. Seraphina has a secret, a secret that could destroy her life if a...
Best book I have read so far this year! I actually teared up at multiple points throughout. So many feels. I'll do a proper review later. **EDIT** Warning, a very gushy positive reviewSeraphina is high fantasy Younng Adult novel, but not in the watered down way some young adult novels like to preten...
This review was first posted on Music, Books and TeaI can’t say that I’ve ever really been a fan of dragons. I’ve never really had any interest in them at all. That has certainly changed after reading Seraphina. Whilst I can’t say I’m a full-blown dragon fan now, I can say that I’m certainly more in...
This book was even better the second time around! Mandy Williams' narration was fantastic. Although I could have done without Justine Eyre's voice (not a fan) it was interesting that they brought in another narrator to voice Seraphina's mother's POV.

This book was freaking awesome. One of the best I've read in a while. Wonderful take on dragons, and beautiful world that was created and a main character that was lovable but believable at the same time. The romance was quite light and didn't really appear until the last third of the book, which was...
Oh my gosh, I finally finished this book! I don’t usually take this long to read one book (I think I started this back in January!), but I kept getting distracted by other books that I wanted to read, and my stack of library books that were coming due demanded my attention. But anyway, I finally de...
3.5 stars. For the longest time I believed Seraphina was the book for me. I never had any doubt that I would dislike it; the reviews were far too good and well worth the hype. I liked it. Yeah. But for me, Seraphina was a very hard book for me to get into (hence the elapsed days it took to read this...
