I always love KC but I missed the urban fantasy feel of the IAD books.

Trehan Christian Daciano Princess Bettina of Abaddon Salem, Morgana, Raum, CasOk, I'm sleepy so the cliff notes version for now. I really liked Trehan up until he went bat-shit-crazy. Bettina is a great heroine, she has some challenges but she overcomes them, but this is what life is about, yes? The...

I thought I had a bunch to say about my irritation to Bettina and what part of manipulative did she not understand about Trehan, and the fact that Trehan was trying so hard to contain himself from being something other than what he was. After reading MacRieve from the Immortals After Dark series I realized I had never read this spinoff book. It was very good and had some unexpected twists. There were even some of the peeps from IAD like Nix and Lothaire. I'm looking forward to reading more about the Dacians.

There were times when she thought too much, but didn't act with the same vigour, so it was in a sense anti-climati...

There is one thing that stood out to me in this book and I just have to get it out before the jealousy overcomes me: It is so not fair that the heroine can bite her nails over and over again and they constantly re-grow. This is a nail-biter's wet dream.Moving on, the only other book by Kresley Col...

Shadow's Claim is the first in The Dacians, a spin-off series of Immortals After Dark where it fits in after the 12th book in the series, I have not read anything else in the IAD series. The world that Cole created was intricate and engaging, but I felt like there needed to be a balance between what ...
