They've known each other since they were children, but they were always only friends. Then, one night after his near brush with death, things change with a sizzling kiss, and their friendship evolves, strengthening the circle against evil... The evil Cabhan still isn't vanquished (that's why it's ...
I liked this one more than the first in the series, mainly because I felt more invested in the romance between this book's lead characters, Connor and Meara. And since I feel equally invested in the relationship between the lead characters in the final book of the trilogy, I will be finishing the se...
It's been years since I read anything by Nora Roberts and I had forgotten how swept up in her stories I always get. Even when I know each story follows the same formula... girl meets boy, girl falls in love with boy, boy and girl have misunderstanding, boy and girl end up living happily ever after.....
This one is a little lighter on the romance and the romance related drama then Dark Witch. Conner and Meara have known each other for years. She's his sister's, Branna, best friend and works with Iona (Conner's cousin). Meara does have commitment issues (her father left her mother, although it's not...
I enjoyed the second of the trilogy even more than the first! To be honest, I think it's because it was told mostly from Connor's POV and I DO love Nora's men. (I would absolutely over the moon were Nora to write a m/m romance, but she's said that she doesn't think she could do it justice, so....)...
Much like the first, Dark Witch, I loved this next book in the Cousins O'Dwyer trilogy! The stories are so engrossing and sweep me away to another place and often another time. This book focuses on Connor and Meara. I love both of these two, and much like Iona and Boyle in the first novel, one is ...

I enjoyed reading this. I didn't enjoy it as my as the last one, because it was a bit predictable, but I still love this story and the characters. Did anyone else notice the dialogue was supremely rhyme-y? Like verse? It kind of bugged me. I really wanna find out how the trilogy ends with Cabhan.
Why does every other book I pick up have to be part of some ongoing (sometimes never ending) series? Why can’t a book stand alone? Why do I ask stupid questions when I already know the answer? I am crabby and all I want is a fantastic standalone romance novel and I can’t seem to find one this mont...
Overall I loved it but she almost lost me with potatoes in Ireland in 1268 on page 9. NONONONONO. It wasn't until 1570 that the Spanish brought them back to Europe and I found that link in 2 seconds. It's entertaining but nothing deep.
