I found this book pretty bland on the whole. By the last few pages I yawned and thought that it was time to move on. It seemed promising from the blurb but disappointed. I think Cabot should stick to her Teen Angst stories as that's what shines through for me here.

This is a fun YA paranormal book with a peppering of romance. It's like a mix of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Veronica Mars, and the Sixth Sense (just the kid who can see dead people, none of the horror). Yes, it's very girly. But it's also great entertainment for an audience who indulges in girline...

I'm waiting to see where this series goes before I raise my ratings. Basically, I loved the idea. Of course, I loved that movie The Sixth Sense, too, so I guess it's no surprise I'd love this book. I am also a longtime fan of Meg Cabot. Sure, her books aren't for deep thinkers, but if you've got...

Suze can see ghosts, and for the most part, it's annoying as hell. Sometimes she can help them take care of their unfinished business and move on, but often they're not entirely cooperative. Then she gets to go into full-on Buffy mode. There's some hotties, there's interesting-but-unpopular friends, ...

If this is classified more as a kids book then 3 stars, but if it's YA it stays with 2 stars.

If you like me are reading this series because you think the concept of sharing a bedroom with a hot ghost sound kind of fun then just stop reading now. It is going NOWHERE or at least nowhere fast. 3 books later and we have a cheek stroke! I mean really! The "mysteryā€¯ elements of these books are fa...

It's been a while since I've read this series by Meg Cabot but doing a quick re-read of it over the long weekend made me remember why I love Meg Cabot and her writing. I was reading Insatiable by Meg Cabot and during those first two hundred pages, the book just wasn't grabbing me. I put it down twic...

In the first place,I wanted to give it 2 stars,I mean it's ok,but I don't like it much. However,I think 2 stars are for books which don't make you curious enough to read the next, and after finishing this book,I want to know what'll happen next.so I gave it another extra star!It reminded me of Twiligh...

3.5 Stars - A fun, light, easy paranormal read - this book is nice beginning in the Mediator Series. The main Character Suze is true to most teens - going her own way to deal with the ghosts she's trying to send to the "other side". She's head strong and knows just how she likes to do things, which ...
