That rating should read 3.5 because it's more of the same really, with this series. Madness and mayhem, Ranger and Morelli and wrecked cars. Not as many laugh out loud moments as in previous books though.

This book just did not work for me. I've been unimpressed with the direction the last couple of SP books have taken and this one may be a bit better, at least Morelli and Ranger may brief appearances, but the overall direction of the books is just, well, plain stagnate. If you've read the last coup...

The more things change, the more they stay the same. Honestly, I expected more from this book. Maybe a solution of this triangle or something. But it seems to me that with every new book the situation gets worse, not better. Still, for a light summer reading, aiming to distract me from the hard stud...

OK this book gets 5 Stars for the hobbits alone!! Perhaps it wasn't quite as good as some of the others in the series, but I laughed a lot. I do love this series. Lula is ridiculous as always lol the one diet hehe! Mooner is always fun. Kind of missed Bob I must say. Ranger and Morelli! *sigh*Need I...

this has got to be the funniest book I've read in a while. During the scene were the Hobbits saved Stephanie and Mooner, I couldn't stop laughing. Hobbits going after mob men. I really want her to decide between Morelli and Ranger though. some of the other reviews say the same thing. Just pick one a...

I always look forward to June and a new Stephanie Plum story. It just wouldn't be summer without one. They are pretty reliable for a few laughs, some good intrigue and a little bit of naughtiness. There wasn't much naughtiness in this one. I was expecting a little bit of steamy romance with eith...

I was busting up at the end. It's flaky, but still entertaining.

I always know what I'm going to get with this series. It makes me laugh and that's what I'm after. Vinnie's been kidnapped and held for $786,000.00 ransom, which is what he owes his bookies. The vig's going up everyday and Plum Bail Bonds is in trouble, too, since he's been using the company's mo...

I love Stephanie. I really feel that I enjoyed this MORE because it was on audio. It doesn't feel like the same old thing when you are listening to someone read it. I am interested in the interplay between Stephanie and Ranger and Stephanie and Joe. I think she just needs to keep them both and h...

It's difficult to believe that Janet Evanovich has taken her character of Stephanie Plum through sixteen novels now, with the release of her latest, Sizzling Sixteen.::: The Plot :::Stephanie Plum is a reluctant bounty hunter, falling into a job chasing down suspects who fail to appear in court afte...
