Have you ever read a book that you know you shouldn’t like for a great number of reasons, but do anyway? For me, Slathbog’s Gold (actually, the whole series) is like that. I can think of so many things I find wrong about it that I find it hard to understand why I enjoyed reading it as much as I did....
