“Maybe you should talk to Jamie.” Mom said. “Get some ideas for your gift exchange.”“That would be social suicide.”She gave me a tern look.“Mom, he knits.” Oh, this shortie is superb! I don’t usually enjoy them that much but this one is too special to let it pass. It made me laugh, it made my heart ...
This brought love and Christmas to me. Warms my heart and tickles my funny bone. Plastered a goofy grin on me.Ryan's first word describing Jamie to his mom was, soft. That goofy grin of mine started right at that point onwards. Lol. Ryan wasn't exactly a perfect person, he is filled with insecuritie...
Oh goodness! I know that every last one of my GR friends have read this Christmas short and loved the living daylights out of it, but I... didn't. Wait! He was friendly and sweet and lovable and true to himself. Which in high-school translates as social suicide. And Jamie was this awkward teenager comin...
I loved it! This is a very sweet, short OFY story. Our hero is Ryan, and he's in the closet. It's high school, can you blame him? Especially since he knows how the kids treat Jamie, who is no where near the closet. I like the Secret Santa angle, it really upped the "aaawwww" factor.
