This book, the story of a 12 year old girl, sold into sex slavery absolutely broke my heart. Very well written, at first, I was hesitant to read this book. I am happy I have done so.

This author traveled to Nepal and Calcutta for her research, interviewing aid workers and girls who have been rescued from the red-light district...
I'm mostly skimming through this book. I'm a little burnt out on reading right now. At least, reading anything of such a serious matter. Frankly, I found the first half of the book a bit boring. The second half is fascinating but so far very grim.
