I read and reviewed that novel here. I had no doubt when I had the time to pick up her other novels--I would gulp up each b...

I expected more of the book. It was ok. But I felt like the ending was just rushed, like oh we have to stop now, so lets just do this and that, and done. Like wait what? The girl went through hell and it is ends that easily? Sorry I am not believing it will end like this.

I felt like I needed an antacid after that. Some Girls Are tells the story about Regina Afton's fall from the top. She was the right-hand of her best friend Anna. S...

I thought this book was going to burn a hole in my stomach.Even now, when I think about it I feel a visceral surge of anxiety; it triggers a physical response that echoes the rapid heartbeat and shortness of breath that accompanied the reading.I mean this as a compliment to Summers’ writing. The abi...

This is one of those books that is incredibly painful to read. It's not because it's horribly written, but rather because of what it is about. Most of the characters are horrible, and I was disgusted by the bullying throughout the story. It's a good read, but very hard to get through at the same tim...
