3,5 stars Well, I really don't know what to say about this book. In Something Borrowed I already hated and despised Darcy because she's a horrible person - selfish, self-centred and narcissistic and etcetera. I wasn't very happy to discover that Something Blue would be narrated by this disgusting D...
Marga (Read like there's no tomorrow!)
I've read this book without reading "Something Borrowed" but somehow it was okay. The story was told in the point of view of Darcy. You'll going to hate her first because she is very much conscious about her looks and she is somewhat self-centered. But along her journey, she change for the better. T...

I really didn't like Darcy in Something Borrowed but she definitely redeemed herself in this one and I was cheering for her in the end.

★★★½The first half of this book is awful! Darcy is one of the most vile characters I have encountered in a book, and she is the heroine. She is self-absorbed, amoral, deceitful and vindictive. She is an all round awful person. She cheated on her fiance, her lover leaves her and her friends have all...

Projections of a Bibliophiles Mind
This book is the sequel to Something Borrowed and for some reason I enjoyed this story a whole lot more. I think the plot moves along a lot quicker and smoother than the first book and I love the way the Darcy's character develops and grows during the story. I really disliked Darcy throughout more t...

I found the main character not very appealing in the beginning but ended up liking her and the story in the end.

A nice way to redeem Darcy's character but i just wished there was more of Rachel & Dex.

Very absorbing story about a woman's journey toward self-awareness, forgiveness and motherhood. I kept thinking about all the characters for a long time after I finished reading. Self-centered Darcy's world falls apart and she is forced to re-evaluate her life.

I admit that this one was way better than the last one, but I still couldn't entirely like it. It was okay (hence the 2 stars).
