Another Howard favorite. This is a darker novel and a departure form her others as it is a contemporary suspense, historical and time travel all rolled into one. I tend to think of it more as Grace's story and less as a romance, but it works either way.
3.5 stars, but rounded up to 4 for a fantastic first 2/3 of the novel. This was supposed to be a time-travel romance. But what I actually read was completely unexpected--and so much better! Barring some awkward plot twists towards the end, this was a good read. The description of the book above is ...
2.5 starsI think I went into this with too high expectations. I was in the mood for a nice romance novel and add in the fact that I love time travel novels I was super interested.
