The majority of these stories were pretty good, which is not the most stellar review, but there you are. Many short story collections are much more hit and miss. I will seek out more by this author in the near future.
Contrary to what you may have thought looking at this book, Steel isn't any bigger or more immportant than any of the other short stories in this book. Unfortunalty Steel along with the rest of them just felt like teasers to full length books. They weren't bad but they weren't enough.
