The beginning was tensionless. It wasn't even blasé. It was just blah.It reads like the MC's trying not to sound like he thinks he's all that, but really, he knows he's all that and wants to make sure that you know he's all that. After most of the exposition was over and I'd come back to it after...I...

This is one of my favorite anthologies this year. It was nice to read about mostly established couples, some who were just connecting, others who need to reconnect, but all very much in love with their partners. Highly recommend.

One of DSP's better anthologies. There were one or two stories that I skimmed after the first few pages, but overall, the stories were good although they felt slightly repetitive by the end.

Like always, this anthology was a mixed bag. Stories that stood out (for me) where Rowan McAllister's "The Cat's Out of the Bag" and "Quarter Moon over a Ten-Cent Town" which had me in stitches. Both were excellent and I wanted more!

3.5*Loved it, the chance to see your two different possible futures depending on a decision you make today. My only niggle, and despite Sims thinking its a prefect ending..I wanted a bit more, just a little bit, maybe that first conversation!
