This story takes place on the mean streets of Hartford Connecticut, in the Stowe Village housing projects better known as Crook Ville. It's one of the most notorious housing projects in America. Cool, Wise, and Jazz are tired of being broke watching all the hustlers balling around them.
They jump into the robbing game stealing any and everything they can come up on. Wise the boss of the gang just wanted to make enough cash to get up out the hood but when you start to see money it's never enough.
Will greed keep Wise chasing paper once too often? Will a hater put the gang behind bars for life? Or will the stick up kids end up just another statistic victims of the game they play?
