I loved Georgina so much that this book just didn't compare. I'll continue, but this is not my new favorite series or anything. Oh well.

What to say, what to say :D I think I'll take some of the characters and say what I really think about them :))Dorian is so cool and sexy and smart! I get why so many people are kind of fascinated of him. I even like his scheming problem :PEugenie is annoying. She has to be in the book since it's ab...

I've got one word for you.... KIYO!!!Holy blazing hell, this man was SCORCHING! Um, can I just say balcony scene?! Oh yeah, ooooh yeah. There was one more, but I can't sum it up in one word, so how's this: Eugenia dominating him, forcing him to lay back and declare himself hers! DAAAAAMN! Okay, fa...

Being the first in a series meant that there was a lot of background and plot set up that made it go slowly at times, but there was a lot of action in there that made it exciting as well. I will say that it reminded me of the Merry Gentry series at times, bit I'm Hopi g...

She is a shaman, ridding Tuscon of all the otherworldly creatures that are causing trouble. She starts to see a pattern & all the trouble makers are male &...

Originally read 11/16/09. Re-read this time by audiobook. I do own PB.This review is based on what I know is going to happen in the later books as much as I don't want to have any bias. I can see the beginnings of Kyo's manipulation and prejudice and although Dorian seems so self-centered, he rea...

There are big changes afoot for Odile Dark Swan, a.k.a Eugenie Markram, in this book, and it's a lot to take in all at once, but she seems to be coping okay so far. I like the world, or rather, worlds that Richelle Mead has created here and I can't wait to see how the prophecy unfolds.I'm not quite ...
