Thank God, that's over with! This book clocked in at 382 pages on my ereader and nothing really happened before page 340. I was so disappointed. I mean, it had horses! And not just any horses - EVENT horses! You know, the dressage, the stadium jumping and the cross-country. I had high hopes.To...

I can't say that this is in my favorites yet, but I have a feeling that it will be. I read this book straight through, having to growl at my husband when he checked up on me throughout the day.I loved how the author addressed the aspect of Justin and Dan's love for him. We did not get the insta lo...

I found a new favorite!I loved it. I really did! I loved the story, the slow pace, Dan, Evan, Jeff. Hell, even the horses were great! ;) And I can’t remember the last time I cried so much while reading a book. The first part was really emotional.I’m so looking forward to read more!

First let me say that this book is well-written but at the beginning I had real problem with the 3rd person/present. I did finally get used to it but it's not my favourite. There were moments in this book that were perfect, mainly (for me) in Part 1. Dan and his relationship to Justin were the most f...

This was an incredible read. I suppose it deserves a 5 star rating for the flawed but still wonderful characters, the complexity of the plot and approach style but I'm gonna be petty and only rate it 4.6.I was really touched by Dan's loss and grieving period after Justin died and the author did an ...

Re-reading this. And I don't do that with just any book - it holds up to a 2nd visit. We're drawn to Dan who we watch move through his pain and past issues and always seeking comfort from his four-legged friends. I'm not convinced that menage can work in reality - a threesome of any combination se...

I loved this book. It captivated me from the start and held me through to the end. The Justin storyline almost had me in tears. At times, I felt it was a little drawn out, though I think that was just me being impatient for Dan to be able to move on. He finally does, but then is extremely wishy w...

The fact that this book had me reading (desperately trying to finish) until 01:30 on a work night says it all. Loved the depth of characters and the slow-burn buildup of chemistry between the three guys. Also, I feel that the horse eventing world seems a rather underutilized setting in romance novel...

3.5 starsIt's kind of hard for me to rate this one. On one hand I thoroughly enjoyed it even with how much of a drama queen Dan was but on the other I was left with so many questions about the relationship and was just kind of confused about my feelings towards it. Let me just state right now that t...
