Nicole appeared hard and uncompromising in the first book. Thankfully we get to understand her better in this one. She had a lot of responsibility put on her from a young age, which makes her serious on the surface. But she really has a lot of love and caring for others.

4.0 Sweet Spot (Bakery Sisters)
I quite enjoyed this book, it was a sweet story about love and family. I found the behavior of football coach Hawk a little grating after a while and it's hard for me to see any woman forgiving that level of stupidity but that's a small thing and the book was still worth the effort.
